How VoteVoteWin handles data
Effective date: March 13, 2026
VoteVoteWin, LLC helps campaign managers organize volunteer outreach and helps volunteers message people they personally know. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the limits of what our platform does.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, campaign roles, and related profile information.
Campaign managers may upload voter files and related campaign data needed to organize outreach.
Volunteers may sync or upload phone contacts so the platform can help identify likely matches between those contacts and voter records.
We also collect usage, device, and activity information needed to operate the service, secure accounts, and measure campaign progress.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, support campaign operations, improve match suggestions, track task completion, and provide product support.
We also use information to protect the platform, investigate misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. What VoteVoteWin does and does not do
VoteVoteWin is designed for friend-to-friend outreach. Volunteers are expected to message people they personally know.
VoteVoteWin does not operate as a mass texting platform. Messages are intended to be sent one at a time from the volunteer's own phone and number.
We may track workflow events inside the app, such as matches, tasks, and send actions, but we do not claim to capture the full contents of a volunteer's personal messaging history outside the product flow.
4. When we share information
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be visible to authorized campaign staff and volunteers as needed to operate the campaign within the app.
We may also share information with service providers who help us host, secure, maintain, or improve the service, and when required by law or to protect the platform.
5. Data quality and matching
Contact matching is probabilistic. Phone contacts may contain nicknames, misspellings, incomplete names, or outdated information.
We may use signals such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and related data to rank likely matches, but campaign users remain responsible for confirming that a match is appropriate before outreach.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security.
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, support campaign workflows, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Your choices
Users may be able to update account information from within the product. Campaign managers control campaign data they upload. If you need account help or deletion support, contact us.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
9. Contact
