You may use the service only for lawful campaign-related purposes and only if you are authorized to use the campaign data and contacts involved.

You are responsible for making sure your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and campaign obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities that occur through your account.

Campaign managers are responsible for who they invite and what campaign data they make available in the system.

VoteVoteWin is built for friend-to-friend outreach, not mass texting. Volunteers are expected to contact people they personally know.

The platform may help volunteers prepare and track messages, but outreach is intended to occur one at a time from the volunteer's own phone or device.

You agree not to misuse the service, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the platform in a way that looks like spam or abusive automation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for confirming that matched contacts and voter records are appropriate before outreach.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Campaign data, voter files, contact information, and match suggestions may contain errors or ambiguity. VoteVoteWin does not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or correct.

VoteVoteWin, LLC retains all rights in the software, branding, and platform materials, except for user-provided content and any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that risks harm to the platform, campaigns, volunteers, or others.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

VoteVoteWin, LLC is not responsible for volunteer conduct, campaign strategy decisions, legal compliance decisions made by users, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
